What We Do
Full Service Property Management
As a full-service management firm, we offer tenant placement, credit screening, maintenance, property inspections, collections, evictions and monthly financial reporting.
TENANT PLACEMENT
Due to continuous advertising; we take numerous calls daily to keep units fully rented. We require each potential tenant to complete an application. We then verify their employment, rental history, and credit & criminal history. This helps assure that your property will have the best tenant possible.
MAINTENANCE
We coordinate quality and timely maintenance for your property. This includes regular scheduled maintenance as well as providing 24 hour emergency service seven days a week. Yard care can also be provided if needed.
INSPECTIONS
Approximately three times a year we make a thorough inspection of your unit, both INSIDE and outside. This helps us insure your property is being properly cared for.
EVICTIONS / COLLECTIONS
If rents are not paid by the 8th of the month, we begin the processes necessary to collect rents or evict tenants. Ask about our Eviction Protection Plan.
ACCOUNTING
Our company is highly automated. Each month you receive a financial statement showing monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. We can provide numerous additional reports and tax information upon request.
OUR FEES ARE SIMPLE!
No hidden Leasing Fees
One time: Start up Fee $195 / Advertising Fee $195 (optional)
Monthly: 8% of the rent is our fee. NO lease up fee (if property is vacant, we don’t get paid)
Optional: Eviction Insurance. For an additional $8.00 per month, in the event of an eviction RPM will cover all eviction costs.
